Cost Cutting - Barnet Council Style

Do you know how old I am. I remember the days of looney Labour Councils, when every day the Sun would lead with a new story of bonkers schemes and wasting of public money.

    It is very depressing. At let us not forget that Hillan is surely the first Council Leader to be accused of being insane on public, on national radio by a Government minister of her own Party.
