What do you say

returned from 5 a side football to find wife & daughter in floods of tears. A friend of daughter, aged 14 has just passed away, totally unexpectedly whilst running. A very talented swimmer.

My daughter is disconsolable. What on earth can you say to help? I don't know, I really don't

    I can recommend this charity, the Compassionate Friends, for her family, although it is too soon to mention it.

    Awful. So sorry to hear this. No words can express and console such a thing. Just sending love to you all and the family of the deceased.
