Urgent News : Latest water update from Veolia - 16:30 - service back in two hours

The repair team are currently cutting out the broken piece of main to replace with the new, We anticipate supplies to be restored within 2 hours.

Our repair team are still carrying out repairs to the broken main, we have arranged for bottled water to be delivered to Mill Hill at the following locations: Wise Lane, Marsh Lane and Broadway. This should arrive onsite apprx 16:30.
We would like to thank you for your continued patience and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Our actions to close in valves on the main to restore water to properties has caused our Mill Hill booster that supplies pressure to the area to drop and cause further no waters to the NW7 area. Unfortunately we have no ETA for supplies to be restored in the Mill Hill area. This has also caused no waters to North Finchley N12.
Edgware customers should now have some supply back at reduced pressure, this will be back to full pressure once the burst has been repaired..
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience through out this incident.
