So when do I get my refund for my CPZ permits from Barnet Council?

This week the High Court declared that the CPZ parking charges, introduced by convicted criminal councillor Brian Coleman, are illegal. The question I have is how do I getmy refund? Just asking?

    and how do we buy visitor vouchers at £1?

    I want to stock up again as am almost out
