Some Friday music

Well its Friday, you've made it through the week and tomorrow yoiu can have a lie in and kick back and relax. In the last few weeks, we've seen the passing of some of the greatest music icons of our generation. As a musician, I can honestly say that this has left a huge gap. But they have left a massive legacy in the form of their music. My band are in the process of putting the final touches to our album "Songs of love and war". I was listening to "Winter in your heart" and felt it succinctly summed up how I am feeling right now.  It is cold, things seem bleak, but as Allen pleads "Restore the miracle". Soon it will be spring and hopefully we will feel joyous again.
