The 2016 Barnet Council governance project - No 4 Lost Laptop computers and mobile phones

Todays FoI request regards Council issued mobile phones and laptop computers. How much care have our councillors taken of them and what has the council done about members who have not been careful? Has any personal or private information been lost?
