I remember the halcyon days of the bustle of Watling Market, when it was the place for meat, fish, records, bric-a-brac, pet accessories, cheap suits, towels & linen, and fruit and veg. Time moves on but, wheras places like Camden Market have reinvented themselves and attracted new business and young people, Burnt Oak market has simply rotted.
