Update 15:10
Our repair team remain on site and the damaged water main has now been partially exposed.
Due to complications with the repair and the need for additional fittings, this is taking longer than first anticipated. We will provide an update and estimate on when this work should be completed, however anticipate that this repair work will take a further 5-6 hours.
All customers should continue to have a water supply during this time, however this may be at a lower pressure than normal.
We apologise again for the inconvenience caused by this incident and thank you for your patience.
We will update this message again after 19:10
No mains water this morning in Mill Hill or Colindale? Thats because it’s flooding out the ground onto Grahame Park Way. Thanks @AffinityWater! This is not going to be fun with an 11 day old baby. 💦 👶 🍼 ❌ pic.twitter.com/ifTi4QnEFN— Tom Lavelle (@TELavelle) October 14, 2018
