Transport strikes - Some things never change

Bloody Sadiq Khan, since he's been in power, all we've had is strikes and chaos on the tubes!

How many times have you heard this recently. As a business that relies on public transport to deliver our customers, I am guessing that this year it has already lost me thousands of pounds worth of lost income. Sadly, it seems that this is nothing to do with who is Mayor or who leads the Unions. Just consider this log from ten years ago today - Hypocrisy on the tube

What did I say? Well this

I am disgusted by the attitude of both Bob Crowe and Boris Johnson to ordinary Londoners over the current tube strikes. Without us, neither would earn their six figure salary. They show us no respect, doubtless because they both claim taxis on expenses. Today I was unabled to attend the Passage, to make breakfast for Londons Homeless because of this ridiculously badly managed dispute. Needless to say neither Bob or Boris slept rough ir missed breakfast today. Ultimately the dispute will be resolved. Why cant this be done without making life miserable for the rest of us. It is not as if the tube is free.

I genuinely don't know whether to laugh or cry. Is it a good thing that some things never change. Boris has long gone as Mayor and Bob Crowe is organising strikes for the Angels in heaven, but London is still permanently paralysed by the same issues. When will this city get the leadership it needs?
