Todays treat is a real classic for anyone from the Finchley especially those who attended St Marys Primary School in the early 1960's. This is an absolute classic. For those of us who's Primary Schooling was in the 1960's it is a reminder of how primary schools used to look.
It features local film mogul, Sir Sydney Samuelson, owner of Cricklewood studios and Samuelsons film Services, who's family are still in Mill Hill, visiting St Marys school. Our friends at @Time_Nw did some lovely tweets on the company

Samuelson's were a fixture of Cricklewood for many years and were an essential supply company to Britain's film & TV industry. pic.twitter.com/Qyk85VlR6W
The footage of Hendon is also quite beautiful.

And our Charity today is the Barnet Citizens Advice Bureau. It is funny to find that many people think that the Citizens Advice Bureau is run by the Government. It isn't, it's a Charity and it needs help and support - You can find out more about Barnet CAB here - http://www.barnetcab.org.uk/- many people use the Citizens Advice Burea and it has rescued many people from difficult situations. Maybe we should all put a little bit back into it, either with some time or a donation. Please give this some thought.
