Is even Nick Walkley sick of the Barnet Tories?

A rather interesting press release on the Barnet Council website. Barnet Council is hosting a seminar on "How to become a Councillor". The Barnet CEO, Nick Walkley is introducing it. If you are interested in standing as a Councillor, come along and find out. So is Nick Walkley sick of the Barnet Tories and does he want some new Councillors better suited to the job?
