I was having my usual Monday trawl through forthcoming council meetings and found a very interesting paper being discussed by the Environment Committee tomorrow. It seems that Barnet Council are increasing the size of events that can be held in Mill Hill Park and Copthall from 1,000 people to over 5,000 people. Just thought you may like to know this. It seems that the new Labour adminstration will be continuing the previous Tory council policy of monetising parks.
