Many thsnks to the Barnet Bugle for providing this clip of Boris agreeing with Andrew Dismore that Barnet Mayor Hugh Rayner is a rather dodgy Landlord. We have to agree with both Boris and Andrew that MR Rayner does not exemplify what a good Landlord should be. No wonder in a Hendon Times poll 85% of voters thought Mr Rayner should resign as Mayor.
