Hendon's MP (and former manager of Barnet's £12-million overspend on the Aerodrome Road bridge) will feel that UKIP has been undermined by the Government's 'blinder'.
But reading several Sunday papers, I see that Will Hutton says "the Conservative right is landing the country in the soup."
Which politician has the greatest expertise in the soup department, and can offer himself for high office to Mr Cameron?
