Another week in the paradise that is the London Borough of Barnet. What has been catching the eyes of our local tweeters?
1. We won't disagree, Burnt Oak at it's best

2. And whilst we're in Burnt Oak, many of us have great memories of the market

3. Nice bit of local Hendon history here
#OTD 1914. Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, takes a trip in a Sopwith Sociable at RAF Hendon - now The Royal Air Force Museum, London . Just three days after it's test flight. One slip, and #History would have been very different. Royal Air Force Royal Navy pic.twitter.com/R9BHLABW4W

4. Fancy a little virtual tour
While we are all waiting for our vaccination letters, let's take another virtual tour. This time we will be meandering from East Finchley to Brent Cross via the lovely Hampstead Garden Suburb. Here we go! https://t.co/eJuiggKuhM pic.twitter.com/uQFhWta5cS

5. Nice pic of a Golders Green landmark
This was one of them. The Ionic in Golders Green. Not as early as 1975, late 70s perhaps. It was a one screener- quite vast. Saw Delta Force (1986) in there. pic.twitter.com/6Hf8bQIe6w

6. Some interesting local wildlife in the Totteridge valley, courtesy of one of our favourite tweeters

A nice pleasant walk around Totteridge this morning. With a flyover Skylark and a Lesser Redpoll the avian highlights. This Muntjac feeding in the bushes along Partingdale Lane was a nice surprise. pic.twitter.com/mCeNH2XLVg
7. We rather like the architecture of East Finchley Station. It seems we are not alone

8. We rather like this
Two more pieces of pupil artwork created during lockdown to enjoy. The first by Alex (Remove, Winfield) and the second by Bo (Remove, Priestley). #MillHillSenior #MillHillSeniorArt pic.twitter.com/IYPdbKXed4

9. Remember when Spurs trained in Mill Hill?
I also enjoyed going to the sessions at Mill Hill where I was allowed access to private sessions. It was great to listen to Gary Lineker telling the players not to pass to him in the box because he would be marked. He told them where to put the ball and he would get there first! pic.twitter.com/JYBWiFoLZV
